  At Fit-Ed. Health & Wellness Ottawa, our clients come first!  We continuously strive to provide our clients with unique and individualized training experiences designed to motivate and bring about self-confidence and overall well-being.  Our unique training experiences are centered around our clients pre-existing fitness levels and have their personal fitness goals in mind.

Our mission is to promote health and wellness and provide our clients with an energetic environment that supports them in their aspiration to achieve and maintain their fitness goals.  

Our vision is to broaden the city of Ottawa’s knowledge and understanding of health, fitness and physical activity. We aspire to engage the population, and bring about passion and interest in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle that includes exercise.
